Photoplotter data in RS-274x format can also be converted to RS-274/NGC form with the .Xr gerb2ngc 1 utility. .Pp The command-line options to .Nm are as follows: .Bl -tag -width Ds .It Fl d Dry run. The program is interpreted, but machine motions are not executed. .It Fl v Enable verbose mode. .It Fl n Specify the input number format in X.Y digits. For example, in 2.3 format, .Dq XXYYYY would be interpreted as .Dq XX.YYYY . The default format is 3.3 for metric units and 2.4 for imperial units. If the format is specified as 0.0, .Nm expects explicit decimal points. .It Fl S Specify an initial, starting velocity in steps/s. Default is 0. .It Fl F Specify an optimal feed rate in steps/s. The trajectory planner may or may not achieve this feed rate (depending on the other parameters and travel distance). Default is machine-dependent. .It Fl A Specify the limit on acceleration in steps/s^2. Default is machine-dependent. .It Fl J Specify the limit on jerk in steps/s^3. Default is machine-dependent. .El .Sh ENVIRONMENT .Bl -tag -width UNITS .It Ev UNITS Set to .Sq metric or .Sq inch . Defaults to .Sq metric . .El .Sh SEE ALSO .Xr gerb2ngc 1 , .Xr ngc 1 , .Xr coordinates 7 , .Xr tools 8 .Sh HISTORY The .Nm command first appeared in FabBSD 1.0.
